Our OFFERING
Technology originally developed for and funded by the Department of Defense, the Teleconsole appliances enable secure remote diagnostic access (SRDA) in support of biomedical equipment telemaintenance. The multi-year and multi-million dollar research program successfully concluded in early 2010. The achievement was an enablement of SRDA for technicians to maintain medical equipment around the world that provides care to US war fighters.
This technology is now available for commercial markets in support of telework and telemaintenance for IT infrastructure components and specialized equipment operations across diverse industries (medical, utilities, manufacturing, retail, etc.). In conjunction with the unique and patent-pending audit capability, which comprehensively tracks users' activities through visualization, context-based key-stroke logging, and computer-vision based data extraction, the Teleconsole solution delivers Authentication, Authorization, Access, and Audit (QUAD-A) in a single common platform.
